Kamaitachi concept

I never uploaded this here...I've uploaded it elsewhere, but never here. I forget why.

Anyways, this is a take of mine on the Kamaitachi ("sickle weasel"), which is actually one of my favorite creatures from Japanese mythology - or mythology in general, really, but whatever. As I recall, this was done after looking up various pics of other Japanese mythical monsters one night...and I thought I'd design a version of the Kamaitachi that was less like a weasel and more like an actual monster.

...Doesn't look so much like a weasel now, but at least I got the "sickle" part. Haha.
